The course in Colombia will have you staying directly on the farm and learning all the aspects of the farm’s operation. You will be given free range to work with the hand pickers, work with leading agronomists and producers using the ripest cherries and  advanced processing methods . You’ll also be given the chance to use what you have learned to explore the world of experimental coffee processing and maintain a healthy sustainable coffee farm while becoming aware of all areas of your chosen origin including all areas of Growing, Harvesting, Processing, Logistics & Export.
